This FAQ section is designed to answer some of the most common questions about our platform.

Yes, with every order the customer gets a detailed demo which explains how the platform works.

Google doesn’t allow images to load without the user’s permission and acts as a proxy and hosts the images as you receive them. This is to protect your computer from any malicious files, like viruses or malware that can be embedded in the images. However, if you are not seeing the images in your own email, it is most likely an issue with the email itself and you’ll need to contact the sender.

Sign into your Windows Live Hotmail account.

Click the down-arrow at the upper-left corner of your screen.

Choose People.

Click Manage in the menu bar.

Choose Export.

Save the file to your desktop.

The file is now ready to be imported into your Tabellarius account.

You can send your email campaign to multiple contact lists. Just select the contact lists in the list selection step of the email creation process. If you have the same contact in two different groups, they will not receive the same email twice. The reason is as follows: when you import your contacts, our software will notify you that the email is already in use in another list and will automatically mark the new email as inactive.
At some point, you may want to reuse an email campaign that you have created. To reuse an email campaign all you have to do is to press the forward button and add the new recipients.
No, we'll take care of that for you. However, if you want to use your own SMTP connection, we can arrange that as well.
We use the same extremely reliable, fast and secure services that companies such as Uber and Amazon, among many others.
If they already passed that stage in the automation they won't. However, you can add this email in the later stages of the automation or set a condition to "send the email to contacts who haven't received this message."
If you pause an automation, contacts will be paused at the step of the automation they are currently at. When the automation is resumed, the contacts will resume the automation as scheduled.  
If you set multiple triggers in your automation, it's possible for one contact to enter your automation more than once at different times. To prevent this, you can: Add an “If/Else” statement that checks for a tag, (ex. tag x is “in X automation”) -If Yes, you can end the automation -If No, add another tag for contacts with  that have been in X automation, followed by the rest of your automation steps

Tabellarius is 100% GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant and our platform provides an unsubscribe button with every email. All users that wish to unsubscribe will be removed from your list instantly. Also, Tabellarius has an advanced logic to handle cases when one user is subscribed to more than one of your lists.
Yes, the automation works as an ongoing process and every time you add a new subscriber(s), they will be added to the sequence, starting from your welcome message.
By default, clicks from any email provider show up as direct traffic in your Google Analytics dashboard. However, you can use tags via the Google URL Builder and the traffic from Tabellarius will show up under your Campaigns section of Google Analytics (

Your automation campaigns are paused and sending is disabled. All of your messages will wait in the queue until you update the payment method. After billing is re-established, you can resume sending your campaigns.
No. Unsubscribed addresses are removed automatically and every package gets free database cleaning. For the plus package, the database is annual, for the standard package it's semi-annual, and for the premium package, it's quarterly.
Billing starts on the date that you started using your plan and recurs on the same day every next month. With upgrading, all emails and SMS you didn't use for the month, will be converted to your new package and will be applied to your monthly bill.
Yes, but after your campaign is sent, we clean the bounced email addresses so they won't bounce again.
Yes, if you want to, you can change your billing plan at any time.
There are no hidden charges or setup fees for any of the packages we offer, except for the Make-Your-Own Package
Yes and no. You will have access to all the features Tabellarius provides, including the automation module but there will be certain limitations. You can only send up to 1,000 emails (unlimited with your own SMTP) and up to 20 SMS.
No. You are under no obligation when you sign up for a free trial and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
